As MySmilePlan is a revolving credit facility so you can draw down available credit for subsequent treatment costs, with no re-draw fees.
Just like a credit card, you can re-borrow whatever you've paid off, up to 80% of the original loan. For example, if you've taken out MySmilePlan for a $5,000 treatment and have already paid off $3,000, you can then re-draw an additional $2,000 for any additional treatment if required.
A 20% deposit and a one-off establishment fee of $39 is all you have to pay to get your dental treatment underway. The loan amount is then spread over fortnightly, interest free credit card payments over 3 months for amounts up to $500, 9 months for amounts up to $2,000 and 15 months for amounts up to $9,000.
Our application and approval process is easy and only takes 2 minutes. Just provide the reception team your photo ID, eligible credit card and contact details. They’ll be able to tell you immediately whether or not you’ve been approved.
It is a non-income based credit approval, so approval or denial is not an indication of your current financial status. Rather the scoring system considers current loans and if there are any flagged indiscretions in your history. If your score is below the threshold, your application will not be approved.
The credit check is automatically generated by our online system, so the security of your data is safe. At no time will practice staff see your credit history.
It's a similar credit check to what is performed when you apply for a mobile phone with a telco.

Absolutely not. MySmilePlan is an interest free loan for dental treatments. We will never charge you interest.
If you default on a payment for any reason such as insufficient available funds or expired credit card, a late payment fee of $9.50 will be incurred. This fee will automatically be added to the next deduction.
No there are not.
There is an establishment fee of $39 (excluding the 3 month plan), a $3 credit card processing fee for each fortnightly payment and the deposit. The only additional fee is if a payment defaults which is a $9.50 late payment fee.
Please make sure you contact us on 1300 168 359 to provide your new credit card details otherwise if your payment defaults you will incur a $9.50 late payment fee.
